Privacy Policy

DivonDev (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications (the “App”) and our services. It applies to all of our Android apps, including our wallpaper apps and our ringtone apps.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways to provide and improve our services:

• Personal Information: We do not require registration or an account to browse wallpapers or ringtones. If you contact us by email, we collect only your email address and the content of your message.
• Automatically Collected Information: Device information (IP address, device type, OS version) and usage data to optimize performance.
• Information collected by our ad partners: An advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash logs. This is collected and shared by the advertising SDKs listed below for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance.

2. Permissions & Third-Party SDKs

Our apps integrate the following third-party SDKs:

• Google Play Services: Core functionality.
• Google AdMob: Advertising, including the Google User Messaging Platform, which is used to collect and store your advertising consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
• Meta Audience Network: Ad delivery through AdMob mediation.

Permissions our apps may request:

• Internet and network state: Required to load wallpapers and ringtones from our servers and to show ads.
• Modify system settings (WRITE_SETTINGS): Requested by our ringtone apps only at the moment you choose to set a sound as your ringtone, notification sound or alarm tone. The app explains why before asking, the permission is never used for anything else, and you may decline.

Our ringtone apps do not request access to your contacts, photos, files, storage, microphone or precise location.

3. Your Choices

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time from More → Ad privacy settings inside the app. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier from your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads. Because our apps do not use accounts, we hold no profile that can be deleted; if you have emailed us, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time.

4. Data Security

We implement SSL encryption and advanced access controls to ensure your data remains protected from unauthorized access at all times. All data collected by our apps is encrypted in transit.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, it is deleted immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of our apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
